Slotmadness bonus issue

I get recordings calls all the time from at Willie at slotmadness saying I should take advantage of the new playthru requried bonus but when I tried to partake yesterday again they said that due to the way I play I can no longer use that code, has anyone heard of something similar?

Not personally, but not uncommon. Casinos aren't fans of players making 'safe' bets during bonuses (red/black bets on roulette, grinding through WR on certain slots like Scrooge, running max bet on bonuses only).

There's generally terms regarding 'advantage' play. It might ruffle feathers here and there, but end of the day, the casino has the right to refuse anyone a bonus.
