Hello, i have a quick question, i won at slotland some money, im from germany and my currency is Euro, now i cashout my winnings and want to ask how i will get the money on my skrill which is in euro.

For example, you win 100 dollar on slotland.eu , and withdraw to your skrill which is in euro, do you get 100 euro or only 72 euro becouse of 100 dollar is 72 euro ?! Livechat said they dont know it and dont have experience with it.

Hello. You will get to your account 70 euros. Because Skrill will do conversion from dollars to euros automatically.
At least in my case was like that always.

Slotland are actually based in the Czech Republic (Prague) which is right next to Germany!
I'm sure they will do everything right for you.

Skrill will convert it, but if they receive it in dollars, they will charge a few % exchange fee. I don't know whether or not the casino can even tell what currency your Skrill account is in. Casino support should really be able to help you out more than they have here. I would say just make sure to tell support to process your withdrawal in Euros if at all possible. Beyond that, don't think there's much you can do, might just end up taking the hit on the conversion fee if they can't do Euros (no idea whether they can and what the default currency for the .eu part of their operation is.)

i have a aud account and withdraw euros from some casinos and it just goes on there conversion rate its usually abit less than the xe.com conversion when going from euros to aud if you skrill is in euro and your casino balance is in euro you will get the right amount give or take a few euro if you going from usd to euro you looking at 65 to 70 euro for every 100 usd dollers as thats the exchange rate

Are you sure it isn't just a display issue on the slots? That is, say you have 100 euros in your account, does it show up as $100 or like $135 when playing a slot? The second would imply a conversion, the first may mean that you're still playing in euros, but perhaps the software graphics only support dollars.
