So I gave this casino a go after getting a flyer through the door touting a bonus offer. Actually the WR wasn't great so I never took it. Played a little and won a few bucks. Withdrawal request was initiated two days ago, still pending, and chat support informed me that it would be another day, maybe two, before it would be processed!

Seems very poor in this day and age, and when I commented that this is very slow compared to some competitor sites they weren't interested.

Yes, my mistake, I do use Redbet 95% of the time and they are excellent, but wanted one other site to use that had more IGT slots. Lesson learned.

Slotaway are part of the IPS group of casinos, they have received a lot of bad reviews here recently and IIRC they don't engage in disputes with CasinoMeister.

I missed this, Yes they belong with the group ipsalderney,

They are getting worser by the day, Constant errors and alot of lag with there games, Also add that they have just changed there wager from 25x to 35x, I no that some cash back and that have had the 35x for a while but when you get a bonus and that it is normally 25x but not no more,

Most of the CS are clueless & withdraws take around 3 days / 72hrs (pending) which there is no need in this day and age, They need to fix up quick,
