Slotaway please stop this over spamming, two or three emails a day, text messages, flyers through the post enough!

Other casinos don't send multiple messages everyday by various means if I am going to play at your casino I would do so.

This over zealous spamming does not make me want to play at your casino at all let alone more likely to.
 
I had the same issue with them sending bloody flyers to my address all the time, I had to contact them 3 times before i stopped receiving there BS.

Just contact live chat and demand to be removed from there mailing list. :thumbsup:
 
someone just started sending me texts and it tells me if I want a bonus click on this link which I dont do.

It has to be leovegas that gave my info away or gaming club. Those are the only two casino's ive joined lately.
 
Used to play there alot, nether had any trouble and withdraw many of times,

They changed bonus terms so no play there no more, Rarely hear from them but yes I had my fair share of flyers
 
Unbelievable I excluded from Slotaway and still getting texts and emails, I have had to waste time contacting live help now this company are a law to themselves.

Apparently the promo was planned before I self excluded which is a great answer lol

Live help claim I will received no more no we shall see.

Defintly, but I would put cash on it that its not the casino sending out but there main headquarters IPS

And for what its worth there ripping of there affiliates also, sign up to slotaway and they (IPS) send you email about other sites in there group, not passing on accreditation to the original affiliate,

Even the boss here states this is a no go thing to do, 888 group are the worst culprits at that shit

I get this quite a lot. Like yourself I just started forwarding the emails onto the UKGC with the the support CC'd in with a sentence along the lines of "this casino are trying to encourage me to gamble despite me self excluding for responsible gambling reasons and despite me asking them to stop".

This has proved a very effective remedy to getting casinos and their goonie affiliates to stop hassling me.

This is always after me asking the casino in question to stop as I'm self excluded which normally falls on deaf ears.
 
Ah Slotaway. Happy memories of waiting 14 days for a withdrawal to be processed from there after falling for a mailshot.
