So does anybody actually make profits off of slots? Or is it just for fun.
Double Amen to that! :notworthySlotmachine said:I guess my main point is: Expect to lose. Pay for the entertainment. Stay smart and don't gamble more than you can comfortably afford to lose.
2) Progressive Jackpot hunting. I know a person (This is a fact. My friend is his employee.) who has made a fortune with this method. He is a mathematician, and has made a computer program which analyzes the progressive jackpots in land based casinos all over the world. Whenever his program says a given progressive makes the game's expected return over 100%, he sends a squad of his employees to monopolize that slot and play it day and night until they hit the jackpot. The guy is filthy rich now. He does not do online casinos, because apparently the jackpots very seldom reach >100% payout, and you can't monopolize the game once they do.

I'm not saying I don't believe you, but I find it astonishing that this could produce a profit over time. The >100% rule is only an indication, and by no means a guarantee, no matter how much however many people play! Never mind factoring the travel and transport costs in... Crazyness!

Even with bonuses you still need good luck, but you don't need as much luck as you do without bonuses!SweetCheeks1235 said:The only way I could see making a small profit off an online casino is the bonuses, otherwise it's just luck.
