Changed to new card on slot millions and updated address, did withdrawal but now want proof of address. Explained back living with folks, sent invoice, no bills, bank paperless, no address on online statements. Explained this to deaf ears.... any ideas how deal with these idiot. Bank shut branches down nearest one miles away...
