Hello all,
Well I just happened to stumble across a new place tonight. It's called Slots Madness.
Seems so far so good. I can somewhat read the terms and conditions and kind of understand whats going on.
I talked to one of there chat reps tonight It seems there not affiliate with anyone yet and only take Visa, American Express, and UseMyWallet.
They've told me the bonuses are non-cashable for the promotional ones.
Also if I want to withdraw back to my UseMyWallet account I'll have to make a deposit using that wallet.
Otherwise once I've made a deposit using that wallet I'm free to withdraw that way or use the wire service.
They said wires or usemywallet transactions take about 2 to 4 business days to process assuming that you have your docs in.
So far they seem rather decent and on the up and up.
They are located in Coasta Rica. This could turn up to be a possibly bad thing, but we'll find out.
I plan on going out and buying a pre-paid amex card tomorrow night to give them a spin. I figure may as well use a prepaid for my first deposit to see about there security first. Otherwise after that if everything seems ok I might actually use my other prepaid card afterwords.
Any other thoughts, suggestions, ideas on this group? They seem new and as far as I could tell on the N/D that I ended up using. The slots seemed loose as hell and played rather nicely. Only bad part is I found the coupon code was for blackjack and card games, not slots. Oh well c'est lie vie.

I haven't actually played at Slots Madness myself, but I can tell you a bit about the guys behind it as we have recently been in regular meetings with them as Topboss will be the guinea pigs for their affiliate program when they launch it in the next few weeks.
The owner is a guy called Neil who was introduced to us by Red Flush who speak very highly of him. He is based in JHB, South Africa and seems to be a decent and honest guy. We have had about 4 meetings with him so far and got a good feeling about him.
Miles ( ex Fortune Lounge ) is the affiliate manager and for those who know him, will know that he has lots of experience in the industry.

You can consider me another guinea pig. Took a $35 nd bonus with 40x playthrough and $175 max withdrawal. I was on over $400 when I reached the magic playthru figure and bam, balance went down to $175. In order to withdraw (and it will have to be to moneybookers) they have asked me to make a $25 deposit.

I will sort out my docs over the next couple of days and while some may say I'm daft, I am going to bite the bullet and deposit the $25 (must wager $25) and request a withdrawal for $175. Will be back to let you know

I would like to make a statement regarding our Free money offers and the withdrawal below.

Free Money

It was suggested to us by an affiliate who has been around the industry many years and has experienced everything that the industry could dish out that we place 2 terms in our Free money Terms and Conditions to ensure that the casino does to fall foul to bonus abuse and because of her wise words and experience we did.

We placed these 2 terms below into the terms and conditions and they were sent to all our affiliates along with their offers with the instructions to make this clear to all players . All the affiliates we sent this too agreed and made it clear to there players before posting.

1)A minimum of $25 must be deposited and played through at least once before cashing out.
2)Maximum cash out 5 x the bonus is allowed.

We made sure that affiliates themselves reviewed these Terms and Agreed Before taking these offers live.

Casino Not Paying Withdrawals

Regarding this issue the statement that we are not paying is untrue...

Until we made the decision to decline this particular cashin we have paid and processed every cashin that has come through our system.

Our Customer service center had asked the player to send in his verification documents to us so we could process.

On receipt of these and after review we felt the documents looked fraudulent. The ID Document we received looked as if it had been photoshoped and the photo replaced and the Utility bill was so large that we could see it was bigger that the posters on the players wall when he held it above his head? we found that strange so we did 2 further checks.

We called MoneyBookers to see if they had received verification information form this player they said they had not he was not verified by them.

We then sent these same documents to an External Fraud company to get a second opinion on this they too came back to us and said that we had made the correct call in saying these documents looked fake and we should decline the cashin the first one we have done this too so far..

We have agreed that should this player send his verification information to Moneybookers to verify his account with them and those same documents get sent through to us we will then confirm with Moneybookers and process this withdrawal.

Meanwhile, is it true that you only accept moneybookers but do not allow withdrawals using this method. King Solomons used this trick once to deny my cashout and I sure hope this isnt the same with you. If you are able to use certain ewallets for depositing they should also be good for withdrawals.

Finally, I notice you do not have ecocard. Will this be a depositing/withdrawal option?

you must only register an account and go to the withdrawal page in the cashier, then you'll see that you can only withdraw your money with "wire transfer" and "usemywallet" but there's no moneybookers or anything else :(

got now the following answer from live support, after i've asked them why they do offer moneybookers deposits, but no withdrawals with them, so we can only withdraw with expensive wire transfers which have very high banking fees and take very long and a min. of $125.

i've got this answer:

"we are trying to better our processes but at the moment that is the procedure ,though we are looking in to other alternatives"

My bad. I was informed by the casino's support staff that ecocard was a fresh banking option. I forgot about this thread and deposited $25. Could withdraw $80 but as there was no withdrawal option via ecocard I was told I could be paid via bank wire. Forget it. The hefty fees involved would mean I wont receive much so I played it all back. I hope they can ensure in future that if a banking option is available, it should be for both deposits and withdrawals and not just the former.

As far as I know they are independent.

i have recently stumbled accorss this casino and used there welcome bonus and cashed out my limit. which was 125 .00. no problems . the money was in my qt in a couple of days. then about couple weeks later they gave me another 25 dollar chip and i can cash out 125.00 on that once t and cs are met. so far this casino seems fair. and since ive made 2 withdrawls on there free money i will in return make a money dep of my own to them. support and chat were also helpful.
 
Ya missed one Nifty. Ecocard. I deposited but could not use this to withdraw any winnings. Reminds me of King Solomons. Coincidentally, I received last week an email from KS Support to play at Slots Madness. Are the 2 related?

Hi, I tried them with a free chip time ago.
When I played it, this casino was at the beggining, the random jackpots were close to $1,000.
I was very lucky because i was close to lose all the free chip (i had less than $1.00) but then i had a rally (later i had 5-Santa in Naught or Nice) and got more than the maximum avaible for the cashout ($110 for that free chip).
I couldn't withdraw because I don't have scanner for the documents (i hadnt a copy scan of my credit card) but i think the minimum amount for a wire transfer wasn't $125. When I got my credit card scanned the mimimunt amount for withdraw was $125, so i did a small deposit, played for a while, no luck and did a $125 withdraw.
Don't remember how long, but not too much for a wire transfer.
I would post here time ago, but i didnt see this post here until now.

By the way, I think an On-line casino must have good withdraw options like e-wallets. I won't deposit there again until they get NETeller option because the $25 fee for wire transfer is too expensive for a 'lowroller' like me.

Oh, good news for slotmadness. I think every on-line casino needs to have some competitive withdrawal methods avaible. I downloaded few minutes ago and see NETeller is avaible, so I will back again. Wire transfer wasn't a good method for me. Not only the fee, in some countries may be some issues about taxes with the winnings and we can avoid it with an e-wallet.

I always login to casino and then click on promotions and then click on slotmadness promotions. Normally there is a Monday mystery bonus and then other bonuses listed for certain days of week and weekends.

I clicked on one of the weekday promos and after trying to redeem it said "expired". Which chat confirmed as expired and then tried to tell me he logged in to the software and didn't even see the coupon offer. But then he offered me a different promotion, which I did not want.

This is happened more than 2 times. I also had an occasion where the playthrough had to be adjusted as it was wrong. Plus one time I played and played only to find out I was only be credited 50cents for each l.00 waged on real series slots(which chat confirmed should be 1.00 playthrough for each 1.00 bet). He said I would have to wait for tech support to sort it out. I know how long that takes. Anyway, lost my money due to this. Could have cashed out when balance was 700.00.

You contacted Moneybookers to see if this person had verified their identity with them, which is cool.

However I'm somewhat confused as to why if you accept verification from Moneybookers on an account holder, why you would insist on the player repeating the ID process with your casino?

It would sure make life a lot easier and less chance of Doc being lost (possible ID fraud) if casinos simply accepted player ID if the player held a verified Web Wallet Account.

I hold VIP status at Neteller and have done since 2001. I'm sure other players have similar credentials. So it seems a waste of my time and also puts risk to my personal data being asked for ID proof every time I join a new casino. Which btw I don't bother anymore for that exact reason.

I think it is super smart of you to use a prepaid card to test the waters first. I just reviewed this casino not long ago and it seemed pretty nice.

I like the live chat that they have for players 24/7 and the pretty decent amount of progressive slots ( as they thrill me the most). They seem to be a reputable casino and I don't have any complaints.

So waht's up with these different emails, when i sent my docs only to the support email?

I can't remember what casino I had to do that for, it was a while ago. I just made a screen shot of my Quicktender account and attached it to an e-mail. When they received it, they sent me an e-mail told me I was good to go and my withdrawal was just processed. I think they just want to make sure the account is actually in your name.

as for hightidemarketing.co.za dunno who or what that is? the website is just a logo u can click and it re opens a new window with the same logo.

all these casinos are funny.the all boast that they are secure and all the hoops you have to jump through to withdraw.where is the "verification" when a deposit is made?thats where the fraud happens ..not by people withdrawing.all the "verification"process is is them delaying payment hoping the player will redeposit or not bother and end up playing through their winnings.If any casino was actually concerned about security or fraud the would request documents BEFORE a deposit is accepted.
