I am a slot addict and especially like the ones based on board games or tv shows. Have been trying to find a site that has these, especially Monopoly. Only ones I have seen cannot be played by USA players which is where I am. Anyone know of any good places? Thanks

Sadly, none of the casinos that use Wagerworks software (the software provider that offers Monopoly, Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, etc.) accept U.S. players.

That's right, the people who can identify with these brands the most, and live in the country where the brands originated, are EXCLUDED from playing these games. If you detect a bit of resentment in my tone, it's because I would like to play these games as well, and it pisses me off that I would have to move across the ocean in order to do so.

The decision to exclude the most appropriate audience from these games is likely an indirect result of the U.S. government's arrogant, stubborn, unclear, asinine and archaic stance towards online gambling. The creators of these brands don't want to risk legal ramifications by having their products used in online gambling games by U.S. customers (because they themselves are based in the U.S.), therefore they chose to simply exclude us altogether.

In short: if you want to play these games, you'll need to move to the UK. I hope this helps.

Slots

I am not much into slots....

But, if you like themes on slots, Cryptologic Casinos might be a good option.

Regarding graphics and game experience, the most popular casinos out there are Playtech, apparently their slots are excellent.

Microgaming has the TombRaider slot machine and also The Hitman I believe

There is a reason why A) Wagerworks casinos do not accept US players and B) why the above "brand" games are not available in other casinos. It is because some owners of game brands like "The Price Is Right" etc will not licence their brands to be played by US residents because of the "grey area" in US law regards online casino gambling.

This is the reason that Jackpot Joy have recently stopped (hopefully temporarily) USA players - one of their games licencees has stated that the game cannot be played by US residents, and most casinos are unable to restrict this on a game-by-game basis.

Cheers

Simmo!
