I wasn't asked but when i hit the 1k win i went straight on to live chat and asked them to verify my documents, he did within the hour.

You didn't read their terms then!

Luckily you did the right thing, as the terms state pre-verification will be necessary on withdrawals over 1,000 pounds.

The insinuation is that they don't bother if less, as they only take UK players and they can verify them by credit info. and the roll without docs.

Sorry but if you think you can earn money then you must have misunderstood the many winning screenshots or happy threads here. There is no way for you to make money on this. There are certain ways to optimize your play though which can help you. But do not think you can just throw money into this and start winning big time that is not how it works. I would suggest you seek Professional help if that is the case. ;) ONLY play with what you can afford and stick to a budget!

My withdrawal has FINALLY turned to 'COMPLETE' no money in bank yet though.... how can they justify such a long time to process a withdrawal...

I am guessing they probably just sent the money today so you will probably get it Friday. If that is the case then it will be almost a week to be paid. The only reason I can possibly think for slow withdrawals is a cashflow problem. I am sure once you get your money Craig you will not be inspired to play there again? I know I wouldn't.

Maybe you should contact support to find out what the hold up is? Seems to me that the 7 days withdrawal time is a fact for this casino group and they sit on withdrawals for a few days. At the rate they are going you will be lucky to get your money on Friday. It's a shame too because if this group had a decent withdrawal time they might be a good casino group for UK players.

Your right it is way to long to cash out, They seem to be a good firm if they sorted there withdraw quicker, Saying that I spoke to help on the castlejp and waste of time, They have not a clue, Not spoke to help on slotboss but I guess it will be same people, I would advise not to play and untill a rep here jumps on board,

Also BEWARE the spin values are limited on some games at some sites in this group. Cleopatra for example I noticed you can't change coin size above 1p so max £1 a spin - very bad as this slot tends to kick out when you get say 100x on a £1 stake then raise to £2 etc. and have overlapping features.

The fact that you guys haven't go your money is one week is sh!te IMO and everything else aside is a good reason not to deposit at Slots Boss or the other slow-payers in the group.

I am glad you got paid! I wouldn't consider 4 days quick though. Most other casinos that don't have pending periods would have it paid in a day or two depending on the banks. Still kudos to all who played and got paid:thumbsup:

Same here tonight. £100 at thrills. 60p spins on IR no bonus in 410 spins, which is when my money ran out.
I reckon MG have doctored all their 243-liners to make Avalon II look better, hahaha
 
I am having a terrible experience with this casino. Docs approved quickly etc, but my withdrawal has been pending for TWELVE days and it is still not processed. Infact it is still reversible.

It's not a big win or anything either, I am down substantially there.

What has the casino stated when you asked them? You can always ask to speak to one of the managers to see if they can get things moving. 12 days is ridiculous. I am not sure if you can PAB since it's not listed here but give it to the end of the week and if you have no resolution maybe contact Max to see if you can do a PAB? Just a suggestion.

This looks to me like the casino is bribing players to write a good review. I may be out of line but I think that is roguish behaviour. Reviews should be given on merit and not by giving players free chips to write good reviews. Again my opinion.

It could be classed a rouge but its a freebie and nothing in the rules to write a bad report :) There was a few doing it including castlejackpot, Different code low

There been ok to me as yet, But didn't like the last reply about 12 days and withdraw still pending?

They have stated that my withdrawal is currently moving into processing state or something similar to that effect. They also pointed out weekends don't count but even taking that into account its gone beyond acceptable now. I also have asked them politely twice to process it and ive waited long enough but been given a brush off each time.

Yes 12 days is way too long. I don't think there is a rep on here you can contact. If I were you I would ask to speak to a manger to see if that helps. Also you'd be safer in future to stick to accredited casinos or casinos that have a rep here. That way if you run into problems at least you have somebody here to help you. I hope you get your money soon.:)

Seriously as far as I can tell from this thread Castle Jackpot seems to be more consistent with it's payout schedule. Slotboss has been hit or miss. I agree very strange for two casinos from the same company with very different cashout periods:confused:

I am glad that you got your deposits back. Good luck in the future. Also may I suggest you get Gamblock or something similar on your computer so in moments of weakness this will not happen again. :)

Count that as a god send, betuk is in the group, Im surprised they let you keep depositing without them realizing, I no its not easy when slots are calling you but please take this a good lesson, At least there they was on to it,
