Hi I made a large withdrawal 2 days ago on the slingo website, however I received an email yesterday from them saying they couldn't send my funds to my requested method and asked for my IBAN and SWIFT/BIC details.. is this normal as I've never requested a withdrawal for this amount before? Also the funds are still pending in my account, how long does this process take?
