As I recall, their limits aren’t set by calendars, rather a rolling week/month.

Seems perfectly reasonable to me.
You set the limits and they are ensuring they comply.
I think it sign of respectable organisation
I totally agree. Responsible gambling tools are good. And Sky Vegas does stick to them. Isn't that what we want from online casinos? Different casinos go by different timetables, be it what day of the week they start etc. I have had a deposit limit at Sky Vegas for a couple of years now and it works a treat. Works at other casinos too but to varying degrees of sucess.

They stop the ability to chase losses to destruction and forces a mandatory wait for their increases to take place. However, I do think when setting them that the ability to choose that wait-period should be selectable from the Casino minimum up to a period selectable by the user. It's no good setting a weekly limit to protect you going into non-gambling cash when you can override that limit in 24 hours.

"Timing out your Deposit Limits" - so to speak.

Paddy Power seem to have this right.
To change a daily limit is 24 hours, but to change a weekly one is seven days.

It appears that their default is the deposit limit setting - which is pretty good

Another point here... is IF Sky let you deposit before the month was up - and you lost - you would blame them. They are in a lose lose situation, and I think the to the minute deposit limit is very sensible. I have a daily one in place on Sky, and i have always know that is to the minute. Something I fully applaud.

It's a rolling limit - you will be (if used up the £500 limit) able to deposit £100 on the date this month that you made the last £100 deposit that reached your limit on the previous month.

its just the minutes and seconds that bugged me i have checked deposits and wrote all the times down. at other casinos i played it was not the same but i now know the way they are doing it thats okay.

Please read the you as a general comment - not you specifically. I Certainly did not mean to pass judgement in any way on you yourself. I meant in general, they would be leaving themselves open, and there are a huge number of posts on here where people are trying to claim bac exactly that sort of thing.

It was not personal - my apologies that it reads that way.
