Hi guys is there a skill on the net rep active on the forum I had a win on Lord Ping they have normally been pretty good with withdrawals for me around a day or so.

Had a 2000 euro withdrawal just sat in processing since Friday their live chat now is pretty much gone so all done via email. Had one reply saying as it’s a big amount it’s taking longer but had much bigger wins paid out there no problem.

I have contacted customer service and the VIP any further help be appreciated as it’s a lot of money to me

Hi Max

Was going to message you got confirmation emails this morning. Had issues withdrawing to my new style debit master card so they had to pay via bank details which they had on file. So hopefully should have my winnings by tomorrow it’s all processed their side.

My past experiences is normally day after the email money is in my account.

Hi Max

Just to keep you updated the skill on the net rep has been replying to my withdrawals where twofold. 1 from Red Kings for a 1000 euros I got that yesterday the 2000 from Lord Ping still awaiting the rep confirmed both cleared there end I asked him this morning which card they sent the 2000 I would guess and hope my main card.
