Inetbet's bonuses (most of them, at least) are cashable. Occasionally they offer one that isn't, but it's always been clearly explained, because it's not their norm.

All the microgaming ones offer cashable bonuses, but I'm confused though, it shows casino la vida/red flush and the ones in the belle rock entertainment group as US not allowed, is this correct?

USA can no longer play at any MG casino.

How could I forget 3Dice! Although you won't find nearly as many bonuses as some casinos; they are loyalty rewards. Amount and frequency of bonuses increase according to your player level.

Someone round here has a special page of USA friendly casinos on his website, and against each one it states whether their bonuses are Cashable or Phantom.
If only I could remember who it is...

One of the posters here said they were leaving the US market at the end of the year. I don't recall who, but you can do a thread search.
