Hoping for some help please.

We're working on some new search functionality for the Lottomart site and have a few ideas on what will work best. Rather than using the usual UX resources we have, I thought I'd reach out on here and see if we have any "volunteers" to help us provide the best possible solution.

We'll need about 45 mins of your time, no more than an hour. We'll be asking you to carry out searches on our test platform and then complete some questionnaires on how you found it and gather any suggested improvements. We'll compensate you with £50 for the feedback.

The only requirement is that you must be an existing Lottomart player with an active account. Payment will be made into your account and can be withdrawn without restrictions.

We're looking for a maximum of 5-10 people, in the case there's more interest than that, we'll select the players who have used the site most. Please send me a private message with your registered email address to express your interest.

It's happening, slowly. Sadly lots of other priorities. Appreciate the offer of assistance though pal. We do get a lot of really good feedback from members on here, once someone had set up a free spins offer at £10 a spin instead of 10p, I got a PM from someone on here almost immediately. Now that's honesty for you!

hahha my crm guy made a mistake with API spins for prag. He set a bet per line of 0.20 instead of total bet: 0.20. So spins were given at 20gbp per spin

I’d love to help as I’ve used a lot of online casino searches and see the good with the bad, and have a few ideas myself. I’ve also done a lot of software testing in my career.

But sadly I’m not a LM customer so am not eligible.

So many online casinos have terrible search functionality. It sounds like it should be easy but in practice it doesn’t seem to be!

Yes way past time. It has gotten better for slots to play now as almost all providers are back for us, still not full library of btg oddly but have many slots to play now again.
