I took the 20 free promotion and made the WR to cashout 200,--
I only have a netteller account. So i have to deposit 20,-- to cashout.
Do they pay or should I leave ?

I think they do require a deposit on free bonus money for fraud purposes. I think you will get your money - There are threads of payments taking a little while w/ netteller.
