hi, i just signed up at coral casino.
in the application i entered my surname with an umlaut () (I'm from germany). Now when I look into the details, the umlaut is just removed, not even replaced with ae. Could that be a problem that they tell me my name is wrong when I want to withdraw later, or is this no problem?

You might want to contact the casino itself and explain it to them to see what they say :)

do u recommend that? or will it probably be no problem? does any1 have experience with that?

I've had no experience with that. But contacting the casino would be your best bet in my OWN opinion. This way you have an answer directly from the horses mouth so to speak. :)

how long does it usually take for them to answer or change my name?
edit: another issue: (but i think its no real issue) at the momen my first name is displayed as guest.

Well if they have live support it should be only a matter of seconds before you contact someone. If its by email, I couldn't tell you as I've never dealt with this casino. And if your name needs changing it shouldn't take but a few seconds on their end.
Perhaps someone with a little more knowledge regarding the umlaut can answer you :)

thanks for your help. I just wrote a message to their support.
Another short question: in details I see that there is a pending bonus. It is a post-wager one. Can i start now wagering (after the name issue is cleared), or do I need to wait for some confirmation that the bonus is active or so?

That would be another question to ask them as I don't use deposit bonuses.
If it were me, I'd wait until you hear back about the name change just in case it happens to be a problem :)
Perhaps KK or someone here who has more knowledge on bonuses can answer for you. Good luck :)

So they have accepted your deposit?
If so, then I think it would be OK to start wagering.
As to the name thing; well many people on this planet have accents or whatever in their names - so I don't see why that should be a problem. I would expect the casino to just leave them off.

All this is just my guess - I recommend waiting to get confirmation from the casino before you wager anything - if you can resist the temptation!

The fact that it is Coral a leading UK bookie, means you shouldn't have too much hassle. However I would definitely get this confirmed by emailing support, even if it is for your own peace of mind.

While your at it you could also send them your ID documents, which will speed up withdrawal time for your first cashout.

No respectable casino would give anyone problems because their software can't store the correct letters. I have and in my address and when registering I just type a and o instead. Never had any problems or comments about it.
