Tried to log in to a casino the other day and it said my account was closed. Spoke to live chat and they said I need to send documents (ID, proof of address, payment card). Got an email to say these had been recieved and accepted but my account is still closed. live chat said I need to send a selfie of me holding my ID. Never been asked for this before.
