Tried to log in to a casino the other day and it said my account was closed. Spoke to live chat and they said I need to send documents (ID, proof of address, payment card). Got an email to say these had been recieved and accepted but my account is still closed. live chat said I need to send a selfie of me holding my ID. Never been asked for this before.

When I was working in Malta a few years back, we had a player who kept sending in low quality documents and I kept rejecting them over and over again. In the end he replied "do you want me to send a fucking cum sample in"

For the next few weeks I was worried when small packages arrived for the verification dept
