Hello,

Sorry I could not find the correct forum to post this in.. maybe this type of thing is not for this forum.

I am trying to completely shut down my casinomeister account but unable to find how to do it. I checked my account settings and preferences etc.

- Explanation:

I have had a terrible downward spiral over the last few months. I used to play for fun but for months now my deposits and bets have gone up so much that it is out of control. I lost an exorbitant amount of money.

I not enjoying gambling, it is affecting many other parts of my life in negative ways. I have to increase the bet to such a large amount to find it a little exciting... and still I just find it boring. I keep chasing losses so my net losses are gigantic.

I have prepared an email stating the above together with my information and send it to all casinos I play on to shut down my account and my account on any sister account. I also asked to be banned from ever creating a new account on their current website or any future websites.

I found this EXTREMELY difficult... but I have done it. All of my regular accounts have been closed but yesterday I got an email from leovegas that I forgot to close... it triggered me again. I closed that too.

Now I got an email from casinomeister... and see so many casinos that have been reviewed and i could deposit on... I want to remove the trigger and temptation by closing my casinomeister account so I do not receive emails. How can I do this?

Thank you.

I tried to find a way to do it but there is constant changes in this forum so I failed. Earlier you had to spoke to the mods to close it permanently.
I reported your post though so they will see it and help you :)

Yeah, I should make it clearer in our terms and rules. There are several levels of closing your account. Sometimes, you want to take a break from the forum, so we have "On a Break" (located in your Personal Details https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/account/join-user-groups) you can rejoin the forum from these. Or you want to remain active in the forum, but not be contacted for promo stuff and only have access to non-gambling forums (like the attic, etc), there is "Quit Gambling". If you want to have your account closed completely, that takes a request - and I can do that. Some with having your account deleted. I can do that as well.

So it's a matter of making a choice on which level - I am guess it's "closed". I can do this. If you have any questions, please contact me bryan@casinomeister.com.
