Hi Newbie here. This is regarding a casino here which is on the accredited list and most agree that it's one of the best regarding players first. So if you self exclude should the casino lock the email address as well or can you use it again. Say for example your wife self exclude due to a problem with gambling and you share the same email address could be one from your Internet provider could you use the same email address again to sign up in your name or should it be blocked If this was the case shouldn't the casino lock the email as a duty of care to the 1st player so the email can't be used again. Also how would the bonus rule regarding one bonus work and the casino could void winnings due to the self exclude email from the 1st player. This is because a casino let my wife self exclude with the email address but they let me use it and deposit more then a £1000. I think it negligence from the casino to protect vulnerable people and for joint commitment should block the email from being used again?. On phone so can't add paragraph sorry.

Also they said they won't send marketing materials to 1st user but how can they enforce it when it's the same email?

It's very risky 2 accounts at the same casino in same house as I guarantee you IF you had won and tried to withdraw they would have 'suddenly noticed' the same e-mail and used that to void your money OR the fact it was one bonus per household.

I know it isn't the big bookies as they would spot the duplicate e-mail upon sign-up and you would not have been able to play, as would amny decent sites.

Which casino?

I never withdrawed any money. It actually one of the biggest at the moment they are investigating but will annoce the name once I get a reply with outcome. But they use mircogaming. I was shock too I didn't realise the email was self exclude until I want on chat and they said that there is other account on the email but it's allowed?..

In my opinion a responsible casino would also lock the email address.

It sounds like the casino was irresponsible. If you don't mind me asking, what is the name of the casino? :icon_evil

Casino response so farthe email linked to another account holder which had previously excluded however is indeed another person and is not uncommon for individuals to share email addresses, this does not constitute a reason to restrict your account as you are not the person whom has excluded from the site.

Sorry but this story sounds and smells "fishy" as a 4-weeks old dead fish.

There is more to this than meets the eye. Happy to be proven wrong.
