I played in a new casino recently, made one small deposit, received a bonus and lost playing their slots. The next day the casino sent me a mail asking for my security documents including information on my credit card. I told them that I never use a credit card online and do all transactions only with ewallets and then they required a screenshot of my skrill account. So far I never encountered such a request, screenshots of my ID and a utility bill were ok. Is it common and legit for an online casino to demand an ewallet screenshot? Any input or suggestion appreciated.

If I remember correctly I had to do this at Nordicbet to get verified. Send a copy of my Neteller account.

Ive never heard of something like that ever. Mind you I havent gambled on casinos much aside from a few months ago for a bit so it may be common Im sure others will know when they come along. But Ive played on every poker room for years and have never had that request using skrill

They requested this stuff after you lost and arent even requesting a cashout or making another deposit?

Yes, they request docs before I continue to play there. I recall having read about complaints about lack security in moneybookers and dont feel comfortable sending screenies from my account. Imo the docs (that are accepted by other casinos) provide enough information.

I had to do the same at NordicBet. I think all they need is a screenshot of the page that has your name and address - I think so anyhow, I originally sent the page that had the deposit transactions to them and they asked me for the page with my name.

If NordicBet is the casino you're talking about, shoot a mail to Ben and let him know your concerns - it's pretty standard OP for them though.

Ive been asked for this at a few places. They actually require the page where it confirms the email address your MB account is registered in (Details)..

You can also black out any information that they may not require and that you are not comfortable disclosing.

On a brighter note once they have your docs, the withdrawals are superfast! If we're talking about NordicBet that is. :)

Had this request from Nordicbet, and as Chayton said, they just need the front page and I was free to block out my balance. They also have their own secure uploader for docs, which I wish everywhere used.

I think if you played a casino you trust enough to deposit, it's safe enough to share this info.
