Yes indeed....it is much easier to "accept" the screenies that suck....if you're still running good.

having a great time on it recently though ... if the first 20-30 spins are rubbish its better to leave the slot ...

If that's the case, then you've done remarkably well my dear. Bad and even brutal sessions on this particular slot are incredibly easy to
come by.

It's definitely one that goes in the category "proceed with caution".

Although it has to be said, when it's on "finer" form, it is mighty fine.

TFROL IMO is one of the hardest to hit 3+ scatters and I dunno how my paytable is gold I really dont!

I think the increased base game variance on TFROL gives you have a greater chance of hitting 5 wilds or scatters than you would
have on the likes of TS2, Playboy and IR.

I know one of our fellow members (thebigs) has managed 5 scatters on TFROL at least three times, including once during the Coffee and Chocolate
feature....which would pay 1250x bet.

I'm pretty sure someone else here (it might have been Wild Reels?) also managed a 5 wilds plus 4 diamonds base game hit for a little over 1000x bet.

You really only need to look at the paytable on TFROL to see where some of the variance lies. 5OAK of diamonds pays 50% more than a 5OAK of Sarah, but the 5OAK of 9s pays 70% less.

Had a very similar one the other day....luckily , I went on to clear WR and cashed out £325 from a £100 deposit.
So I was able to "accept it".

But if I had gone bust instead, I'd have been SUPER-pissed.

Yep maths is right! Not often you get 4 stacked reels of wilds in Game of thrones but as this is the 15 line version the position matters alot! When it stopped at around $28 I was shaking my fist I was only playing this because I was down to about $3.00 and wanted to extend my gameplay by playing 0.15p slots. Had this been the 243 way version I'm not quite sure but I'd prob be around x400 to x500 my bet.

That is the last time I play the 15 line version not sure whats the point with this version.

EDIT : So I just did some maths and (correct me if I'm wrong) but 4 stacked reels of Wild = 81 winlines of one symbol in non stacked reel
81 x $2 (for the red symbol) + 81 x $0.40 (Queens) + 81 x $.060 (Kings) = $243 (x810 bet if it was 0.30p - minimum for 243). Even if you halve it to match the 0.15p stake of the 15 win line version thats about $121.50. A difference of $90 or so! x810 for 243 ways vs x189 for 15 lines ..............

Granted you can play for smaller stake on the 15 line version but thats not a mistake I"ll do again - Game of Thrones can throw up some huge wins it'd be a shame to not maximize it by having only 15 win lines as I found out

Pic 3 - Pic 2 was part of this maddening session. This session included 6 FS rounds. So I got 6 FS rounds in 737 spins.
That's one FS round every 123 spins, which is actually pretty good. Shame that none of them could muster anything better than 17.5x bet.
Yep...that win of 22x bet was a base game win. If your best win from a session of this game is a base game win, you're totally screwed.

Pic 4 - A Dark Knight WTF special. Reel 5 was ALREADY full of wilds before Batman turns up. But because I already a win, Batman
doesn't have to do anything to help "create" one. Nor does he have to improve my win. And he didn't. Just one of the things the Dark Knight
can do to drive you batty (pun intended).

Pic 5 - Last spin on Triceratops feature. I get a wild that leads to no win and get a respin and the wilds nudged to form a fully wild reel. Then

Well here is the truly scary thing. You could actually kill the turd and not win anything. How utterly galling would that be?
Wilds don't guarantee target symbols showing up and vice versa. So it is a bonus round with truly polarising results. The only time
I killed the turd, my total win for the round wasn't even a PB at the time. And I went on to better my PB by a further 150x bet.

You could also make the mistake of thinking that getting to Stage 4 on 300 Shields (where any win with a wild is multiplied by 300)
means you're certain to hit a monster. You're not. There is definitely potential for a bonus round that ends at Stage 3 (where a win
with wild is multiplied by 25) to outdo a bonus round that ends in Stage 4.

And don't get me started on double or even triple re-triggers on IR's Amber feature and TFROL's Coffee and Chocolate feature.
Unless one of your re-triggering hits is a 4 or 5 scatters hit, you're not guaranteed a good round.

As dunover said in his last video...."extra spins does not mean extra wins". And he's absolutely right.

PS I have to admit that NetEnt has pleasantly surprised me. Some of their games are truly dire, but I have become rather fond of
Wild Rockets, Wish Master and Big Bang. Twin Spin isn't too shabby either.

Eggomatic (or as I call it SMEGGO-Matic) drives me absolutely fecking bonkers. Dead spins, scarcity of eggs, wilds never showing up
when it counts and then on the rare occasions that they do, they are on the wrong reel.

I've only played this game twice, and it was twice too many. I really do not understand the appeal of this game whatsoever.

I'm just glad I didn't ever get a screenie like Nicola's...that's a real sickener

Seems like a sensible enough suggestion. I think its a good idea to have some kind of acknowledgement for the Poster, but I agree that the WTG just doesnt convey the correct sentiment.
