I was just playing triple 7 inferno and won the progressive jackpot. I was waiting for the money to go into my account but nothing happened. I logged on and talked to Claudio and he asked his supervisor to look into it! So far ,nothing. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Nice Win

There is a bug on a couple of the three line slot machines. When the progressive jackpot is hit the casino needs to notify RTG and the jackpot is credited the next day.If you are not credited by tomorrow at noon, call the casino and have them report it if it was not credited.
Great win

Congratulations Tallulah!!! This payout is probably going to provide for some rather tense moments I'm sure. Just as a matter of curiousity why did you choose Sci-Fi Casino? I know there are a few people (very few) on this site that think Sci-Fi Casino is a fairly legitimate casino. Hopefully they (Sci-Fi) will take this opportunity to make your win a marketing bonanza for them rather than making your win another RTG spawned nightmare.

Here are a couple questions you might want to ponder while you wait to hear from the SUPERVISOR.

What was the total dollar amount win on this progressive?

Did you take a Screen Shot of the win? If no, you might want to consider taking one now.

Did you partake of any bonus/es that might have been offered to you?

If you did take a bonus did you read and re-read the terms and conditions incident to that bonus?

Do you recall reading anything that might spell out the maximum you are able to win while playing with a bonus? Or anything about payments to you in the event of win not to exceed X amount of dollars per month?

Lastly, if you were playing with a bonus did you take a Screen Shot of all of the terms and conditions incident to the bonus? If no, you might want to consider taking one now.

I don't mean to alarm you with all of this but you would be much better off doing the "due diligence" now rather than later. Have a good one.

Hi Ted:

How long has RTG known about this bug any way? Good to see you about. Have a good one.

Congrats on your win. What was the amount???

Dont worry, Sci Fi is a good casino. You will get paid.

If i recall

If i remember correctly sci-fi casino doesnt have a maximum payout for bonuses.

I think other RTG:s or any casinos shouldn't have the maximum cashin rule either, and IF they do , they should exclude the progressive jackpots from the maximum cashin.
I mean if a progressive jackpot is hit with a bonus that has a maximum cashin rule what happens to the money that is not paid to a player? Does the casino keep it? Or is it put back to the same progressive jackpot or what?

As an RTG that does limit the win based on the bonus, the rest of the Jack pot is forefitted. Please remember that the Jackpot is the size it is because of the bonus dollars put in it. Meaning that if you deposit 100.00 with no bonus and you play the entire 100.00 on the same slot and lets say the jack pot increase 10% (just using that %), so 10.00 more. If you took the same 100.00 and got a 400% bonus and played the whole thing in the machine and it increased 10% there would know be a 50.00 increase of the jack pot. But that is not real money. If you than came in and deposited with out a bonus and hit the jackpot, you would expect the whole win that was on the meter, but as I have shown that is not real money, but the casino would still have to pay full amount. This why are rules state that you can not play progressives with a bonus over 30%. Hope this explains a little better.

this doesnt sound right

Im not talking about Virtual Casino , but some other places with different rules. Some RTG casinos do allow progressive play, but they limit the wins to lets say 10x bonus. In these cases it would suck to win a jackpot and not get it.
It would be wrong towards the players who contribute to the jackpot that if the jackpot is hit, casino would just keep most of it, or it would just disappear.
