Hi

I have monthly deposit limits in place and recently I read that a few customers of a certain online casino had their deposit limits removed. So obviously I checked mine straight away and my deposit limits had also been removed, I know what my deposit limits were set at, so went through my last 8 months of transactions and for 2 months my deposits went over what my deposit limits were set at, to a combined total of nearly £1000, I immediately sent out a couple of emails and it’s being investigated at the moment.

I just wondered if anyone else has had their deposit limits removed?

Do you have a deposit limit set or a net deposit limit? There is a difference between the two and sometimes it does catch people out.

If you are on a net deposit limit of £1000, deposit 500 then withdraw 600 (£100 in profit) then if on a net your deposit limit is now £1100

Thank you for all your response.

Just to update you I had a weekly loss limit that was set by the casino safer gambling themselves and I’ve got the email for that. Originally I set a £500 a week deposit limit on my account, the casino then removed this and put a £500 monthly loss limit on my account. Then sometime after I put a weekly unlimited deposit limited on my account, which was verified without asking for any proof of income. Which I believe is not the correct procedure especially if you have a loss limit on your account that has been set my the casino themselves.

This had gone on for 7 months and on live chat it was confirmed that I had no deposit limits set on my account, meaning that the monthly deposit limit was removed and because it was set my the casino, this is something I couldn’t do.
