Just do it the same way I did

Hover your mouse over the picture, right click, and select 'save image as' and put it on your PC. Then to send it to someone just open a mail, click to add an attachment, and go to where you saved the picture file. I hope that makes sense, but if you get stuck PM me for some more terrible troubleshooting
