I been having some problems with the software just now it gives me an error message that Window Explorer does not recognize the protocol. I uninstalled it and install it it gives me the same message. I ran it as a administrator but that did not work either.

Just checked, and although it loads UNBEARABLY SLOWLY, as though my broadband is dial-up, I get no explorer errors. This DOES seem to point to problems at the Rushmore end, possibly it's server having problems getting bandwidth out to the rest of the internet. RTG lobbies normally load "at once" after the briefest of waits. This time, it sat with a blank "loading" screen for so long I almost quit and made a post about it being unavailable, when it did act, I could visibly SEE it drawing out each little section of the lobby, just how I remember webpages loading in the days when I had a Freeserve 56k dial-up connection.
I am sure that many players would simply not tolerate "loading" for so long, and just quit and play elsewhere. If the lobby has issues, I often find there are issues with the games too.
Club World had a similar problem a couple of days ago, and after the lobby eventually loaded, there were endless problems clicking through to the slots, and changing between different slots - in the end, it showed a white screen with no content, so I just quit.
MGS casinos have problems like this, but they manifest in a different way, which is that the casino just will not fire up, or if it does, will not let you log in.
Operators should take another look at where their servers are located, as with the demise of much of the US player base, surely these problems should be on the DECREASE, as the same casino servers have to deal with less capacity.

Hi Guys,

I've passed this on to our tech team to look in to. I was in the office earlier and everything seemed to be running fine, so I hope that it's just a temporary thing going on.

Apologies for this,

Trougle with Slots Oasis

Trying to download today an error comes up with AVG...says corrupt file? not able to download? Incredibly slow as well

Hi Louise,
I have sent you my faxback form as agreed via email the day before yesterday but haven't had a reply yet and also no reply to PMs. Perhaps your PM box is full?
Thanks

Did anyone else receive an email that they are stalling the withdrawals because the Fraud department is investigating "some accounts"?

I hope this is not another casinos where fraud constitutes of winning.
And why should I be affected by this when I sent all my ID and DNA sample in email already? And how long it should take?

Surely, only accounts under investigation need to have payments "stalled". I thought that the idea was that by getting documents verified early, all this could be avoided.

Certainly, the generous SUBs on offer would attract fraudsters along with the "proper" players, however I cannot see the scope for mass fraud since the bonuses, although large, are phantom.

"Fraud" usually tends to be multiple account creation, and this MIGHT be indicated where players are reluctant to take advantage of early document verification, and holding off till they have made a win big enough for a withdrawal.

Now, it could be that these are "bonus abuse", rather than "fraud" investigations, and this could mean it has nothing to do with documents, and that a full screening is taking place of accounts, and this takes time, and that they have simply added an extra routine step into the process to cover this, and for a casino that pays fast, this extra process would create a noticeable delay.

Unfortunately, this has been played out at other casinos, and often it leads to an increase in complaints, and eventually it turns out that there has been some kind of "organised" fraud, but that also a whole bunch of innocents have been caught up in the mess.

As a player, seeing this happen at a casino I play at is worrying, as I have no idea what the agenda is. Sometimes it really does turn out that the casino has cocked up it's terms, and is trying to implement retrospective changes through the "F U Clause" after having a weakly written set of rules, and losing out on a promotion. Having MY payment delayed under these circumstances is the most worrying of all, but thankfully is very rare indeed. To have a general stop on ALL payments while just a few accounts are looked into means that there are loads of players who are innocent, and will get paid in the end, but have no way of knowing this during the process, and effectively have their money held hostage for an unspecified length of time.

I am sure this issue came up earlier about Rushmore and it's sister casinos, and was explained as issues with some processors, which, we are told, have now been resolved.

You could be my spokesman vinylweatherman! How about it!? :p:p

Yes, we have genuine investigations being taken place. No 'cashflow problems', no messing around in any sense of the word.

Thanks,

Louise

Louise,

Can you confirm whether this really is about FRAUD, and not "bonus abuse", where the terms have been badly written, and the casino management are looking for a retrospective get-out?

It is hard to imagine that documents can really be approved as genuine, yet later the player gets told they are having their account looked at for fraud. The problem here is that players see getting documents verified is the big hurdle with any new casino, and once this has been done, they simply do not expect the casino to change it's mind and start a fraud investigation on them.

Maybe something is missing from the initial verification process, and this only comes to light later on.

Nope. Withdrew on the evening of the 4th, got my money early today on the 6th..less than 48 hours.. (Thank you)!

No questions or delays on this end...I belong to all three and have sent in docs to all and at this time, all seems to be working smoothly....

I am curious as to why would you would receive this and not others?

about FRAUD, and not "bonus abuse",
Here I have to put in my 2 cents in, because I am wondering what the difference is if either one of these are going on? They both are a no no at any casino so if you have done either, they are both WRONG...and you should be banned...it makes it harder for the honest players in the long run to keep playing and if a casino needs to slow down payments to clean up a mess, then I am all for it to make it a better place to play at for me..

For various reasons, I don't wish to comment further until the decisions of the department dealing with this have been carried out.

I am in touch with these players via PM.

Thanks,

Put in my withdrawal in on the 4th too, and still waiting.

Very slow compared to Inetbet and clubworld, was waiting almost 5 days last time.

Its why I rarely play at Rushmore now.

I kinda think we went off-topic there for a moment.
You're right... the actual question was

I think they are fine now. Got in easily today.

About a week ago, on my google page there was a warning concerning using Internet Explorer as a search engine, paticularly on "gaming sights". They stated that I.E. had a virus, and people were able to steal passwords. What is bizarre about this : I kind of disregarded the warning, went home to play on Blackjack Ballroom and played for a while. I logged off a while, and when I went back into Blackjack Ballroom, it downloaded Rushmore Casino! I tried several times to connect to B.B. and still the page came up as Rushmore! Holy crap I thought! I called B.B., and they said someone must have highjacked the site. so now I am using Firefox just to be safe.
I don't know what happened, but some very weird stuff is going on.

Can Someone help???

Here is the new popup when I try and download Rushmore, Cherry Red or Slots Oasis!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MissMayda,

That's what I have been getting. I had to disable my AVG to download Club World and then enable it again. Won't let any RTG casinos download.

AVG is very cautious is downloading anything that is attached to an ad. I have ZoneAlarm I could still do the download but when it scans takes out the whole software and all I am left with is an empty folder. And see you can't disable it because you might let some other peskiness sneak in there. And we don't want that.

Something Funny

I typed (in yahoo search) slots oasis and a whole slew of warnings came up for Slotsoasis.us (which is the same site) See below

Something screwey for sure, and as a bonus from SO to me (no playthru requirements), I an now trying to get rid of something on my drive....sigh:mad:
