First of all, I'd like to first clarify that I am not a customer service rep, I am an affiliate manager, so if you have a problem that can be dealt with by dealing firstly with our customer service, you will find them to be extremely helpful.
I am here to resolve any issue/s you may have that weren't able to be resolved by our Customer Service.
I sort of browsed through some previous posts here regarding problems people had, and I'd like to say that I don't intend on going through each and every one to resolve a three month old issue that may have already been resolved. So let's start fresh, if you have an old issue that needs resolving, let me know and I'll take care of it.
I'm here to show you that we are a legitimate casino, and that we care deeply about our customers.
