Firstly with regards to the previous payout issues. My Moneybookers withdrawal was approved in 5 days.
Secondly, if you play with a bonus, CS may not have the correct info.
Last time I asked CS for a bonus they said 150%. After my deposit it turned out this was not for Moneybookers and I got 100%.
This time, I specifically asked for a Moneybookers bonus and was given a code for 175%, after I deposited I was again told this was not for Moneybookers, and got 100%. I complained and received the 175% but I didn't ask for it, was just disappointed they gave me the wrong info.
