Same here, approved and supposedly sent via courier on 22nd May, no check, no reply to my emailI played there after a long pause just because I read they wanted to come on board, but unanswered emails and delayed cashouts are not a good sign.
Ok, live chat told me there's a payment delay and it is likely that the check has not been sent at all as there's no tracking#. Almost 3 weeks should be enough for a wannabe accredited casino for cutting a cheque, or at least send an email that the payment is delayed.

). I am open to help any of our customers in a personal way if for some reason you are needing further assistance than what the customer service can provide. My position is as the fraud manager so I am quite a busy woman as you can imagine but the company's best interests are always my priority so I will try to help as much as I can. I will be checking in on the forums as often as possible and hopefully posting frequently.
Went to Club World what do you know, my deposit went through just fine. So went back to Rushmore, my QT deposit went through.
At the beging of the thread, I see where a few players have mentioned this to Rushmore...Has anyone read where they were offered a reply??
