I am almost sure that RTP of Microgaming games is lower in Belgian online casino's than it was for example on 32Red (casino at which I played most )

I have played during many years at MGS online casino's and never had such bad RTP as I have now at Unibet.be and Win2Day.be (the only online casino's which offer MGS games in Belgium)

I guess it is because these casino's have to pay 11% tax on the income (if I am well informed) to the Belgian government?

Or could it be that the Flash version has a lower RTP than the Download version?
I always wondered why All Aces VP has Auto hold in Flash and not in Download.

It's been confirmed several times by operators that MGS' RTP is the same all accross the network. Casinos can't change it.

I could say the same thing about Australia ;) I don't think it makes any difference whether you play in flash or download apart from the lag. I think that Microgaming is tight in general so of course I no longer play them (but that's just my opinion). If you can't win then do as I did and vote with your wallet.

Unless you can show me an official document of MGS,which proves this, I have a good reason to have my doubts.

It is not because many people say so, that it is also true.Socrates already knew that.

Why for example it is not possible to Autoplay MGS slots at Win2day.be, while it is possible for Netent slots at this casino???

The NetEnt game descriptions at Unibet.be show same RTP as in any other NetEnt casino. That tax seems to be from Gross Gambling Revenue, which is usually defined as net win casino is making from the gambling activities, in which case the effect of the tax would be so small, it would require no tinkering with RTP. If the tax was from deposits, and the games would have RTP of around 85-90%, there is no way Microgaming or NetEnt would allow that. They would just withdraw from Belgian markets and leave them to less reputable software providers like Playtech or RTG :)

It's not enough that you have many years at different MGS casinos, you need also a big sample of your Belgian casino experiences, and because use phrase "as I have now", your sample is most likely not big enough to tell anything one way or another. Since statistical methods date back to at least 5th century BC, Socrates probably would have know that also. :D

Paf has Quick Spin and early stopping of spin animation by second click disabled in NetEnt games, but they have same RTP as other NetEnt. Paf gives all profits to charity, some casinos connected to charities and local governments like to use interface options that slow the rate you can throw your money in as some sort of responsible gaming policy, like disabling auto spins and quick spins etc. Allowing this kind of tinkering with interface is totally different from allowing tinkering with RTP.

What does it have to do with the RTP? In order to change the RTP of MGS slots, you'd have to have completely different reels. So unless you can show me that, say, IR have a different set of reels at win2day.be than 32Red, I'll keep the operators word on that one.

AFAIK, MGS doesn't have different RTP models with different reel sets, unlike IGT, WMS or RTG. That would also be pretty bad for progressive games across the network and waaaayyy too much trouble.
