Is it only me or are some of you out there getting slow reels on some RTG casinos, I had it a while ago at Inet (fixed), 49 was slow a while back too, it still comes and goes, I was just playing and the first four games downloaded the reels were fine, the fifth on and it came to a screeching halt, really pisses me off and ruins my sessions, and I can assure you it is not my puter, broadband, 1gig ram, 3.2ghz.

Your computer can be 10ghz w/8G ram, gigabit internet connection, but if the traffic is congested between you and the actual server the casino's on, then this is going to happen....:(

I have been experiencing some slower than usual RTG casinos. MG went nuts on me last night. Reels were spinning, spinning, etc, etc. It is my connection. Been slow for two days now. The kids must be out on winter break now. Get off those computer and get outside kids!

It is the casinos server for sure, however its not an excuse to not get what you pay for, they can upgrade!!

Actually, it could be a problem between you and the server, and not the server itself...so I wouldn't castrate them just yet ;)

No its not, I played and got the same result from my office computer miles away, different broadband, however I can castrate them for getting bounced emails, inbox full replies, I think I would stay clear of Gold Standard casino for now until I can get a response.

Yes, but even your office is in the same geographical area....the slowdown could be in the next country over.

If you haven't yet, try a traceroute, and see what times you get. With broadband, you should get around 30ms each hop.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Has a bunch of traceroute utilities....just scroll down a little bit to find the web-basaed traceroute links. However, you will need to know the IP address of the server, not their website.

Re

I have the same problem at some rtg's and its really annoying. Inets reels move slow on me in real mode, and not in play mode. I dont get it.I like the game tiger treaure, but cant play it because its REALLY slow there.

Then I can play at another rtg and they are fine.

Thank you, I do believe it is a glitch with RTG, when I addressed Inet the support had me do a few things and then reinstall it, this only started after the last games release.

Same problem here with Inetbet - but not with Bodog oddly enough...

The only way I can fix the Inetbet slowdown is to:

1. open casino and login

2. choose game

3. start up NEW IE7 browser

..then all is OK for the rest of the session with all the other games as long as I keep the browser open.

Not sure what its all about, but it does the trick
