RTG player logs?

Does anyone know if the RTG software has a game log similar to Microgaming's Playcheck? Even if it is only available to the casino operator? I've seen their "session log" and that's not what I am looking for (that's more like Cashcheck on the MG software). I need to know if they have available to them something that shows each game played, the result, and the account balance after.

Thanks in advance for any info!

Yes, they do maintain that information, though it's not available to the player through the software interface. One can make a request to the casino, and, depending upon the particular RTG and its trustworthiness, it can send it to you. I haven't had a problem getting this sort of thing from better RTGs.

I've received the logs that your talking about CAPS and though they are requested by the particular RTG Licensee they do come to the player directly from RTG in Atlanta, Georgia. Have a good one.

How do I get these? Can I email RTG and just have them via email? The casino will not provide this to me when I ask.

In my case I initially requested the log data files through the casino Virtual Casino when they refused that request I emailed:

michael@realtimegaming.com

Michael Staw is the Chief Executive Officer of Realtime Gaming after that I received the files from REALTIME GAMING INVESTIGATIONS in about (48) hours by email. Hope this helps.

Thanks Cipher! Hopefully this information will assist me also :)

Maybe Pirate of C21 should follow this route as well seeing as Hampton have ignored his attempts to get his logs?

What do you think, Cipher?

Hi Jet,

Yes and I did suggest that to him a week or 10 days ago something like that. Have a good one.

That's a handy email, Cipher, thanks. I didn't know we had direct lines to The Man Himself.

Definately one to file away for possible future use.
