Thank you

Hi All,

I just spoke to our IT team and seems as this error relates to windows 8.1. They are investigating this issue and communicating with RTG about it.

We are hoping that this will be fixed as soon as possible. I'm really sorry for the trouble. I can however assure you that this error doesn't affect any game play at all.

Should I have any further updates I will keep you posted.

Kind Regards,
Karolina

I have been getting this error for a long time on windows 7. first with IE 10 and now still with IE 11.
The casino is downloaded. I know IE is not relevant but it seems like everyone wants to know the version any way, so I included it.

That popup is caused by a javascript ALERT function, i'd say its pretty much 99% certain the developers left some code in that showed the flash version if some aspect of the system was not recognized correctly which would explain why users of newer versions of windows are seeing it more than others.

Whatever the case its really just very, very slack that the developers left such code in the final build of the software. I can't say it surprises me all that much from RTG though, I can't understand why they do not spend some time improving their software considering they currently have a massive advantage in the US market - perhaps they already feel there is no advantage to doing any more work?
