Anyone else getting this error pop up when attempt to navigate in RTG download casinos?

Let's say I want to play a slot, I click on the game in the lobby and get a box that pops up saying Download Failed, Error #800160. Internet Connection timed out. Tells me to check my connections, etc. Well, my internet connection is just fine. It also advises to contact support if it continues. (We all know what fun that would be, particularly on a weekend, and I wanted to check with you guys first.)

When I click the Hide button at the bottom of the pop up, sometimes the game will then go immediately to Loading... for a split second and the game pop right in and I can play, no problem. The real aggravation is, that I can't get into any Video Poker. Clicking the Hide button does nothing but make the box go away, but the VP game never pops in.

This happens at JC, GV, Inet.... haven't tried any others. I only know this has been happening since last weekend, as that's the only time I've played in... well weeks I guess.

I'm running Win7 64 bit, 12g RAM, IE10.

Any suggestions or hints or guesses welcome.

well
i opened 3 rtg casinos now (sloto, cwc, and inet) tried to download a game and no problems
also windows 7 but 32 bit

Thanks. As this is a new problem, I've got the idea that it is related to some sort of recent update -- flash, java, IE, windows, NIS.... but have no idea where to start troubleshooting.

Jackpot Capital, Grande Vegas, Inetbet, Sloto ... same Error on all those. And the error is from within the casino software, not something from Windows or my browser, or my internet security.

I haven't tried accessing any of them from my laptop yet. May try that later today.

i dont know if you already tried
but 1 time it happened the same error to me (few months ago), restarted the computer and begun to work fine

Rebooting didn't help. However, I went into my Windows updates and there was something that didn't properly install last time... I think it was a NetFramework thingy? Anyway, installed it and other new updates and all seems well at RTG for now.

Will pop back in this evening if the error reappears.

Thanks everyone!

May Not be Worth Trying

On a famous RTG, I got slightly over 2X my d/b yesterday and 1.96 today.
Didn't even come close to a $10.00 return and No feature games.

I've been getting errors in the cashier at every RTG casino for about 3-4 weeks, but the games are generally fine.
The support told me to upgrade my flash, it made no difference. Let me know what you did, maybe it will solve my issue?
thanks!

SFCat... all I did was reboot, apply all new/recent Windows updates, rebooted again. Everything worked fine after that.

RTG download casinos software error

This week, I began receiving an error message for several RTG and Nuworks download casinos, but only in the Tournaments section. I can "Buy-in" to any tournament, but when I select "Play" I receive the message "Unable to communicate with server" as soon as the specific game downloads. Initially this was intermittent, as I could still play a few tournaments. Now it is across the board. Checked out my laptop running Windows 10 (64-bit/32-bit) completely. All flash players, software and OS up to date. Clean bill of health for malware. Any ideas?
