I have had an account for 5 months with them and finally had a few wins over a period of 2-4 days totaling £2300.
They then gave me a brief email
We are contacting you as we have detected that when playing with your bonus related funds, you breached the bonus terms and conditions, as found on the website (specifically bonus term 1).
As a result of the breach of the bonus terms and conditions your withdrawals have been cancelled and the winnings being confiscated, your initial deposits totalling to £400 have been returned to your depositing method and your Royal Slots account will remain closed.
They claim that I abuse their flimsy rule of having an account were someone at the same address had an account.
Then closed my account the bonus offered was 25% and was a parachute bonus and was declined by me and was not used.
They instantly closed my account based on the account per household rule.
My argument is that I had an account for 5 months and its unreasonable to have an account for so long to force such a doomed for failure approach trap for consumers.
I do not know the business of all the adults in our household totaling 4 people .
Obviously, the predatory nature seems very blatant, taking my winning money away under cloud of circumstances that are very questionable.
I did raise a complaint and their senior manager Calli just quoted random terms and conditions and didn’t engage any point I raised.
Please any advice would be welcome I feel they do a disservice to the gambling community.
