    This casino is terrible.
The behavior of Royalslots casino Welcome to RoyalSlots.com is another casino to be carefull of joining.
I have had an account for 5 months with them and finally had a few wins over a period of 2-4 days totaling £2300.

They then gave me a brief email

We are contacting you as we have detected that when playing with your bonus related funds, you breached the bonus terms and conditions, as found on the website (specifically bonus term 1).

As a result of the breach of the bonus terms and conditions your withdrawals have been cancelled and the winnings being confiscated, your initial deposits totalling to £400 have been returned to your depositing method and your Royal Slots account will remain closed.

They claim that I abuse their flimsy rule of having an account were someone at the same address had an account.

Then closed my account the bonus offered was 25% and was a parachute bonus and was declined by me and was not used.

They instantly closed my account based on the account per household rule.

My argument is that I had an account for 5 months and its unreasonable to have an account for so long to force such a doomed for failure approach trap for consumers.

I do not know the business of all the adults in our household totaling 4 people .

Obviously, the predatory nature seems very blatant, taking my winning money away under cloud of circumstances that are very questionable.

I did raise a complaint and their senior manager Calli just quoted random terms and conditions and didn’t engage any point I raised.

Please any advice would be welcome I feel they do a disservice to the gambling community.

Please note they would not entertain any adr from Casinomeister.

Sorry but I think you would know if there was someone else in your house playing slots at a casino. In any case, it would be very unlikely that two people in the same house would join the same casino and claim the same welcome bonus.

RoyalSlots and their sister site Casinoland are very respected here and I doubt their management would take action unless they had reasonable proof.

Never had a issue with them. I have a account at both. All cashouts done and dusted without a issue. The term you refer to is not predatory and is found on 75% of casino sites

This seems simply a case of not checking this information until you tried to withdraw. Then they spotted the discrepancy. So from the moment you joined you would never have been paid any winnings, therefore ALL deposits should be returned if the whole account is void. And you need to kill the link.

I assure you i have 1 account i have asked myboys 28 22 and husband and no they say they do not recognise the site and how should i know its not my business and i dont keep track of what they do. my point is simple i been there for 5 months and as soon as i win they not only confiscate my funds but ban me also.
Its seems very questionable. For playing in household ?? why has my account been around for 5 months and they have not picked up on this i think thats unreasonable.

Is this your first withdrawal from the group or have you now exceeded £2300 in deposits/withdrawals? As @dunover said above they don't check your status until this stage.

No rush but when you get 5 Nicola please....

I need to know more about this Casino and any associated "sister" sites please, in particular deposit restrictions (such as e-wallets and Paysafe when taking bonuses (if they offer them!))

Also payout times and if you have any idea KYC process and the likelihood of a SoW request as a low roller (small deposits, weekly)

Prob's get the idea but I need a change of scene from VS and would like to build up some sort of loyalty with a new(ish) casino group.

    Cheers!

Sister of CasinoLand, pretty sure you have an account there.

Games, deposit methods etc seem to be very similar when I did the review.

They got BTG and WMS, but no Novo or Merkur.

EDIT: 100% up to GBP200 for first deposit. Neteller / Skrill excluded. Can withdraw cash balance. WR = 40x bonus with bonus funds only.

That is indeed amazing. :D They only operate the two brands, well, so far!

As for payout times, I have them in the 6 - 24 hours bracket for e-wallets. Don't know other methods.

I am too on the sidelines this week, blew the gaming budget last week and won't have another coming in until next week. So playing freerolls, race winnings and cashback this week. :)

Oh Dear, another budget blower lolol  :p

"Poor" week has actually come at the right time this month as I've not been enjoying my sessions (mainly due to piss poor play time after time) so hoping the mini break will do me good and the enjoyment will return next decent punt.

SnG cured the rattle last night and good battle weekend to look forward to too!

Yeah, chasing that stupid GOLD too long.....again. Had good wins on DOA (WL @$0.45, 1500x bet) and Centre Court ( 390x bet @ $1.80) but TSII, BOD, White Rabbit and Bonanza were stone dead.

Other places to look out for a new hangout to play: Fun Casino (L&L, sister to All British etc) and Just Casino (operated on MT SecureTrade platform)

It has been rather quiet with new casinos lately, especially good ones.

@Jono777 This is only one of a few casinos I feel completely safe playing Big Time Gaming slots as I know I'll get paid *if* I win big.

As Harry said, you can withdrawl early if you haven't touched the bonus. This is where I won my 1000x during Bonaza free spins and cancelled the bonus funds and cashed out. Didn't even need to send docs.
