Royal Slots won’t pay me out

Hi everyone,
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
I joined royal slots,
And I was losing and everything was fine, I then won £10,000 and the issues started, I tried withdrawing my winnings, and they asked for all kinds of documents so they could verify my account, it has now been 5 weeks and every time I email them they email back just saying my account is under review, they have also closed my account in the meantime
Please help...

There's been a few threads knocking about here about the One Click Group; not sure if any of them were actually resolved (if you use the search function you should come across them - last one i think was withdrawal denied, a/c closed)

I'm actually surprised they even replied to you cos they seem like a shower of chancers to me.

Did they ask for the documents pre or post withdrawal request?

No rep on here but you could try using the complaints procedure here, though not sure how responsive they are (if anything like my limited dealings with them then not very)

Complain to the UKGC - they won't discuss individual cases, but if the licensee is repeatedly breaching rules and making it hard for players to cash-out, they should be told.

Thank you so much for you’re reply, so first if they asked for my id and proof of address and then when I won and tried to withdraw they wanted 3 months of bank statements, they have asked what certain transactions are and I have had to prove what they are, they closed my account because they said I was too keen to get my winnings which proved I have a problem with gambling?? They are a total joke..

At least they has stopped you losing it all back for now.

They have stopped me doing anything with it and I withdrew the money so would not of been spending back with them... last place I will ever spend money with
 
My first experiences of them were't bad a few years or so ago, they paid within 24hrs, no issues. Then the 24 became 72, then the 72 became a week once. Then no responses to emails etc etc, left with the impression your're playing at some dodgy shell corporation.

They ended up paying me - about 2.5 weeks later...it was only for 50 quid so if anything I was curious to see how long they would take (they didn't request any documents though). I just shut it down after that because the spidey-sense was telling me if i had a decent withdrawal i'd be in for a world of stalling pain.

Plenty of people have withdrawn funds from casinos and the payments get rejected and funds returned to the account, Dodgy casinos do this in the hope that the player will lose the winnings back if they delay enough.

Theres loads of threads on this forum where people have lost the money back and come and start a thread complaining.

So although you have not been paid, you can't lose either, unless they royally shaft you for the lot.

£50 is better in you’re picket rather than theirs, I will definitely never use these sort of sites ever again
 
Its not that they refused to pay out the withdrawal was still pending after 7 days with no sign of processing and zero response from CS.
So I spunked it back yes I could have waited but for how long?

I've came across CS who are clueless, who don't answer simple questions, who answer the q they think you've asked but haven't, but it's one of the few casinos i've played at who simply never respond - in my 3 weeks ish waiting, i contacted them about 6 times. Nada. Before that, there were times were deposits weren't credited - contacted nada.

Pretty sure they're just run by a man and his donkey.

It’s disgusting isn’t it... they are not bothered when we are depositing but as soon as we win they have concerns... they are a joke
