I am confused on Royal panda bamboo bonus

Here are the terrms below.
So initial cash 130 in which was used and the matched bonus from royal panda is now at 2060.46.

The wagering has definatle been done which was last night quoted at 1600 by support and we even increased our stakes to 5. To our suprise when contacting support back to seebif wagering was comoleted they said the wagering amout was 1700 and there verification team would be in touch because of the £5 stake increase.

They said we have have no active cash and therefore cannot withdraw.

This seems very dubious and they wont payout any help would be appreciated

Did you enter bonus money before getting back up to 2060 if so you need to deposit again to clear wagering. Wagering can only be met with real money.If you go to the my account section and click on my bonus it will tell you how much is left to wager which can only be met with real money.

Did you use real cash to meet wagering? Their bonus is such that only real cash contributes to wagering. Playing with bonus funds doesn’t. So if you burnt through cash you’d have needed to re deposit to meet wagering

this bonus is awful, basically you have to keep depositing until you make wagering, unless of course you take your balance right down to the actual bonus amount...............never take a bonus at royal panda

Why not? Its a free hit and you can withdraw if you hit big before entering bonus funds.My last 3 w/d have been when entering bonus funds and hitting big and then making depo to meet wagering. Possibly a biast post but i can see the other side of the point when people dont know how the bonus works.

because if you hit before taking the bonus then the bonus is pretty pointless, however if you hit big when entered the bonus then you have to keep depositing until wagering met which sort of defeats the idea of a bonus, if the OP has £1700 wagering then he will probably have to deposit quite a good chunk of cash to meet wagering, so whats the point?

That’s no different to the bonus now in the UK with them segregated. If you hit big with real you basically wave bye to the bonus.

But yeah Pandas only really works where you win a quid bonus, wagering x35 and you hit a big win with a quid bet etc. 35 wagering to release 600 etc.

It’s not to everyone’s liking admittedly but I’ve personally had some excellent withdrawals using it. Bit of common sense needed to determine if worthwhile depositing more etc

it depends how far your deposit goes, every deposit you make will count towards the wagering so its just hoping you get a big hit early on

I’d try a deposit and see how it goes. You may get lucky and stretch it out. Say on an average day you wager x6 (or whatever) your deposit?

I tend to play the higher variance games when trying this. All in the hope of getting an early big hit but might want to try some lower variance games.

Your bonus is higher than what you’ve to wager. If all your spins were dead (impossible)you’d make a profit of 400,for example. It’s up to you to know if you’ve the cash available to meet it and if it’s worth it.

What you don’t want is to have withdrawal refused cos of a breach of terms and conditions so just be careful if you do decide to do it.

Other option is to play the bonus money more and see if you can get it higher to make the wagering more attractive to attempt.

Guys just had email from royal panda support saying they have cancelled the bonus saying that using a £5 stake voids bonus so this whole saga is a complete joke and goes against ever witnessed in online slots be warned it isnt good practice and they do not want to look after customers.
