Just got a mail from them.

On July 21st 2010, Royal Joker Casino will no longer be available but the good news is that we have partnered up with two amazing casinos that will continue our tradition of excellent service.

Seamless move? They're not going to hand over player information (without authorization) to these other casinos, are they?

Isn't that what Intertops Green did when they phased out? They transferred player info to Royal Joker and Intertops Red. Then when Royal Joker phased out players from the US to All Slots USA, I am assuming player information went there.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong on this, but the first two incidences happened to me...
