hey everyone...I recently read about roxy palace sending checks out for withdrawls. Is that on every withdrawl? Do they do bank ACH? Because I play there and don't like the idea of them only wanting to send a check in the mail. Please let me know what information you can. Thanks! Have a good day.

I always get my withdrawals at Roxy (and every other casino) thru Neteller.

managra...yes I read that post..and other posts about roxy palace. And the thing is most of the talk was about neteller. Then I saw in another post (older one) that sometimes on first time withdrawls they send a check.

My whole thing is...I deposit using e-check...I would like to know I am able to cash out using bank ACH. I was just wondering if anyone was able to actually cash out using the ACH method. Thanks again for the replies...sorry if this post seems like another thread...I just feel like I didn't find my answer. Thanks guys!

Yes Roxy Palace does use ACH as a withdrawal method especially if a player has deposited using Echeck. We attempt to make the withdrawal process as hassle free for a player and if we cannot refund the way the funds came in, we will contact the player and ask them how theyd like to receive their funds.

Just FYI, the withdrawal I made over a week ago has not hit my bank yet. I got an email explaining they'd wired it on Friday - but as it's still sat as "work in progress" in the software, I fear the worst. I understand bank transfers take a few days, and they may have just not updated the software... I'll give it a couple of days to see if it shows up then post back.

As a note to Roxy Palace - it's vitally important you treat every player as a valued customer. New players like myself get left with a less than perfect impression and, when there's so much competition about, we just don't have to put up with any hassle or delays anymore.

32RED have won casino of the year for three years running. It's absolutely crystal clear to see why under these sort of circumstances! Don't get me wrong, Roxy have done an awful lot right! Great bonuses, good prompt support up to now - but then falling at the most critical and important hurdle.... giving the player their cash!!!!

Once proper I.D has been submitted and approved - there's no excuse...

From my experience with Roxy and ACH, being in the UK, it goes like this. You play and withdraw say on Tuesday, processed & wired Wednesday afternoon (sometimes evening UK time), arrives Monday (usually shows up in the bank late on Monday afternoon or during Tuesday). Never hits on a Saturady due to our antiquated banking sytem. Rarely overnight either for some reason. Normally hits around 4:30pm. Basically takes 3 "working" nights and most of one day.

Never had a problem with it though.
