Just FYI, the withdrawal I made over a week ago has not hit my bank yet. I got an email explaining they'd wired it on Friday - but as it's still sat as "work in progress" in the software, I fear the worst. I understand bank transfers take a few days, and they may have just not updated the software... I'll give it a couple of days to see if it shows up then post back.
As a note to Roxy Palace - it's vitally important you treat every player as a valued customer. New players like myself get left with a less than perfect impression and, when there's so much competition about, we just don't have to put up with any hassle or delays anymore.

Great bonuses, good prompt support up to now - but then falling at the most critical and important hurdle.... giving the player their cash!!!!
