I didn’t because they are supposed to be in reservation, so I figured if this was old news they should have been accredited again…

And what happens if you have a closed account at Roxy Palace but not at 32Red? Could it be interpreted as Self Exclusion and is there a possibility my 32Red account could be closed? Not nice having uncertainty when playing at 32Red in case of a big win being forfeited due to 'self exclusion within the same group'.

I believe they are waiting for the databases to be merged. At least this is what I was informed of last week.

I went to Roxy Palace and their bonuses are all 50xB. Not worth it when all the other 32Red casinos offer 30xB.

32red have had control over Roxy Palace for a few months now but the same horrible wagering remains I'm surprised with 32red have not addressed this, they have a fair 30x wagering on all of their other 4 casinos.

I hope they do plan to reduce this as 50x wagering for all bonuses and free spins is far to high.
Also the loyalty points wager 10,000 for a 7.50 bonus which has to be wagered x50 (375) before withdrawal is crap too.
