Following a recent change in our Gaming Licence Terms and Conditions, we are now required to inform our players of the rotational direction of the roulette wheels in play at casinos operated by 32Red Plc.

We are required to clarify that due to the Coriolis effect on the earth’s rotation, players who reside in the Southern Hemisphere will experience an anti-clockwise spin, while players in the Northern Hemisphere will enjoy a clockwise spin. The outcome is entirely random regardless of the direction of rotation, and your gameplay experience will not differ. Here is a diagram to explain the rotation:

To allow us to fully comply with this legislation, we ask that players who have recently moved address should contact us to update their details as a matter of urgency. Likewise, if a player feels that the wheel is spinning in the wrong direction for their residential address – you should immediately let us know so we can rectify the problem.

As usual, we are on standby 24/7 for any questions.

Weird.

I was on your casino just now and won the 2 million dollar jackpot but then the reels starting turning the opposite way. And I now owe the casino $2,000,000?

Your support apologized for this error but said there is nothing they can do and gave me 32 cent free chip so I can spin immortal romance once. And the extra 2 cents is so I dont have to see the "you have no credits. purchase now" pop up?

You know, I was going to say which direction would it spin if you lived dot on the equator?

I then out of the corner of my eye spotted the date at the bottom of my screen and realised lol.

I notice for me that it spins clockwise, but then halfway through the spin - it stops and starts to rotate anti-clockwise.

I went to Australia once and brought back a boomerang - I'm wondering if the software has spotted that on my shelf halfway through and reacted accordingly?

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

How does that affect live Casino? The Microgaming studios are based in Canada, Phillipinnes and Argentina. Will we see them spinning the wheels in different directions depending on their location, as I can't see how they would do it any other way.?

Doh, just seen the date this was posted!!!!
