Hi ive registered in rome casino in 2010 ive spent some money there. About a month ago ive received email that i have remaining money in my account which the manager gave me to play with(free coins). Ive played 3750$ to wager, and they told me that i can withdrawal max 150$, but i have to deposit 25$. Ive agreed with that, but when i click on the cashier it says "You cant deposit at this time". In the help chat they told me send email to finance@romecasino.com and ask them. No answer still. I continued to ask in the help chat why i have no answer and they told me to send them another email with scan copy of my ID and credit card and i will have answer up to 48hrs. Its been a week already since ive sent the documents and no asnwer. Everytime when i ask in the help in the lobby whats going on they tell me "I will send email to the manager".
So if anyone knows what to do in this case, i will really appriciate.
