I received a 10 dollar free chip for Rome casino today. I don't think I've ever played at one of these casinos. I thought, what the hell? I'll give it a shot. I contacted Noah in private first told him of the 10 dollar chip and asked if Canadians were allowed to play. He said yes. I also asked Noah how they got my email. He said to ask support... So I downloaded and installed and the code didn't work. so here I am asking support...

The above section of this chat disturbs me. If skiny hasn't ever visited this site as stated above who did share his e-mail address, someone did? And if his e-mail address was shared he's now wondering about other personal information, understandable. Skiny if you've ever provided verification documents through unsecure e-mail servers or fax #'s you might want to be on alert since it appears your information is out and ID fraud is a major concern online. Players are only as secure as the end user, grated there's many secure operations somewhat but not fully. You should know by whom and when this information is reviewed, period. Many problems occur too on the players end when sending personal information by e-mail or fax machines with no encryption to gaming sites. Other mishaps like miss dialed fax #'s or entering the wrong e-mail address and sending your doc's to the wrong place can cause havoc to players. The question here is who's handling support? Is the software company handling all issues for said casino/poker site, turn-key or is the casino itself? I've seen that either can take place which puts you in a more vulnerable situation. Be careful and I hope this is an isolated situation with no further damage down the road.

Personally, I think these casinos are passing our email addresses around like candy. At least this email didn't have my name on it. Very generic. Not like Grand Mondial whom I've asked to have me unsubscribed 16 ways to Sunday and I still get offers from them. With my name and account number. An account that isn't even active.

After i said : you are pathetic , how do you expect people to trust this casino if you use these "scams" to look for potential depositors . After that line : he said something like : oh wait Cristian , this code is only for special members , you were invited , i had no idea that you were one of our affiliates . I was like , wtf ?! .... and he credited my account instantly .
Advice : stay away !

I don't really are what the WR is on a free chip. It's free. I didn't bother taking this one because I wanted to find out two things. How they got my email address and why they're emailing voided bonus codes. Until I find that out I won't spin a single slot there. Free or not.

I never did take a bonus from this casino. I was just hoping someone from the casino would stop in and explain the casino's behavior. Obviously I won't be getting that either. This casino isn't even installed on my computer anymore.

First of all, I'm so sorry for missing this, I was on a small vacation, hit some beaches, got fairly seriously burnt, and now am back.

Regarding this offer, what happened here is that we ran a campaign for an affiliate, we are now looking into where he got his emails from as we only gave him a standard landing page offer. It was a very small promotion and only a hand full of players were involved.

This offer was only supposed to go to sign ups through this affiliate and that is why only those players were eligible for the bonus. When coming to CS without this affiliate ID, those players were offered regular promotions instead.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience you went through, there was definitely no spam in mind here by us, we don't making a habit of contacting unassociated players, this was a very small promotion that was only up a short while. We will question the affiliate and perhaps remove him from our affiliate program all together.

Well Noah, your affiliate lost you a customer because I followed the link and installed the casino only to find the millionth free offer that doesn't actually exist and then uninstalled the casino. I won't be reinstalling it.

I'm tired of being emailed offers that say free this and free that. I used to just delete them but now I try to claim every one of them. The funny thing is that nobody ever emails me something for free - that actually intends to give me something for free. This is just another example of the same antics. Microgaming is the biggest culprit but I receive these emails from almost all platforms. Casinos I can't even play at. Casinos I've never heard of. Everyone wants to give me something for free provided I pay for it with a deposit. Free means free. Free does not mean I deposit money and then you give me something. The sole reason I try to claim these offers is so I can hear the next lame excuse why I have to pay for my free bonus. It's almost as much fun as playing at the casinos.

then later when my team won, i tried to claim, and suddenly it wasnt free, but a deposit offer!

Hello...I play at your casino and I use echeck, however, every time I use it the option disappears. I have to stay with live help forever until someone knows how to put it back up there. Last night Tom finally got it figured out, today I am with Matt...it's been about 30 minutes and evidently no one knows how to do it. Can you please help???
