Rizk moving from MT Secure Trade

So much for GiG announcing they would stay on their platform....

I am delighted to retain our brands on the platform and in the process, adding Betsson as a partner as we share the same ambition of responsibility for all stakeholders, safe play for the end user, and an entertaining user experience. I am certain that together with their speciality, focus and strong track record on driving B2C growth, it will be a fruitful partnership

GiG sell Casino Brands including Guts and Rizk -

Wonder what will happen with the other brands and the planned move of Betsson onto GiG's platform?

Zecure Gaming was always the brand owner of Rizk and a 100% subsidiary of GiG. Rizk represented 70% of GiG's B2C revenue.

MT SecureTrade was just the licence vehicle that will remain under GiG's control for their B2B business.

All games and other services are hosted on the iGamingCloud, which has its own licenses, e.g. UK:

What I found more interesting on the entire transaction is that GiG had a bond worth SEK 300 million becoming due at the end of March 2020 and suddenly they decided to sell off the B2C vertical with their crown jewel (Rizk).... hmmm, 2+2= .... I let you guess. :D

The writing was on the wall when they sold Highroller overnight to Elmount Gaming. The brand was just about to break even after an unusually short period of operation, so it was quite successful.
