As some may be aware my virgin account was hacked, as I've explained in my thread on the issue.
Within a tiny space of time after posting that, the captain sends me a message saying he's blocked my account to protect me, and to contact CS to change any details I need to in order to protect myself.
What a lovely thing to do, and totally responsible. Absolute greatest of respect for that captain.
He never had to go out of his way to do that, especially to a customer who's not a regular depositer by any means, and one who's been vocal in the past regarding rizk.
I must say, that was a noble and respectable thing to do. And that's the kind of thing that makes the rating they have as a casino top notch.
Not a ass licking post by any means as I'm far from that, but just a genuine thanks where it's very due.
If others followed these ethics online casino gaming would come along way.
