And is anybody else worried that if they can do this they can seem to change anything they want at a whim,

Bloody hell.

Rival just dont give a toss about players do they?? Just change stuff around and reduce free spins and bonus rounds etc and hope that nobody notices.....and if they do, just say nothing anyway. Either way, the player gets screwed.

Oh, and along with removing Reel Party, they seem to have restricted the Cleos Coins slot to 5c denomination (max bet $3.75)....along with a whole list of other bugs that are just ignored.

Im starting to think that Rival is run by a government department!

There must have been a good reason for this change. Will investigate further and report back findings.

Yeah to reduce the payout for the promotion probably.
Seriously what reason could there be?

Just one more reason I was dismayed to see Two Rival Casinos in the
baptism by fire section.
I don't want to be an arse about it but the Day a Rival makes it on the accredited list here will be a sad one for me personally.

how can it be honest for a casino to change the workings of a slot just when they feel like it, the more i learn about these places the more i distrust them
with RTG being able to change reel layouts on a whim, and now this
what else are they changing that we dont know about, the more i learn about these places the more i distrust them,

there can only be one reason fot it, to reduce winnings, what else can it be

We are awaiting final confirmation, word is that paytables have not been changed on this game or any game for that matter for a number of years.

Ruby Royal is a new rival licensee so i did a bit of home work and investigated a number of affiliate sites that wrote reviews on Secret Garden sometime ago.

All reviews confirm that no changes were made on Secret Garden and the amount of free spins that can be won on hitting 5 scatters has always been set at 50.

since the slot was first released on April 30th 2008 - it has always been 50 free-spins max.

But what I really want to know is what has happened to one of my all-time favorite slots, REEL PARTY?
Why on earth has it been withdrawn, and is it temporary or permanent?

Ditto here Rusty. Glad you said it first. I considered posting exactly what you just said, but didn't feel like being jumped on by the Rival players at the forum. NEVER thought I'd see the day that Rival was even considered for accreditation here.

My sincerest apologies, i could have sworn that when the slot first came out it gave 100 free spins with 5 scatters

Another question then. Why did they secretly change the payout of 2 scatters for the Grandma's Attic from 1x bet to nothing at all?

Just to play the Devils Advocate for a minute ;)

Is it "Rival" that is being considered for accreditation here or is it "Slot Power" and "SlotO'Cash"?

Just because Inetbet and Clubworld and others are accredited here does not mean that the likes of the rest of the "RTG" Casinos like the Virtual Group are accredited here.

Why should that outlook be different upon a few good "Rival Casinos"

No offense intended, just trying to wrap my thoughts around that mindset in all due respect Pina and Rusty.. :)

Sure I promote Rivals but I also promote about the same amount of RTG's and MG sites as well too. So I am not really partial to one over the other...hell I've won and lost at all of them..

I also don't think that Deb (Greedygirl) would be working for a Rogue operation either and she has already made it known on the forum here that she is willing to look into issues that have failed to get fixed at the other Rival Casinos over the past. I'd be willing to actually give her a little lead-way there to see if she actually can stimulate a positive change with Rival, or at the least with Slot Power.

About Reel Party, I think that one is undergoing full maintenance, last time I tried to play that slot it was totally fucked up, showing wins and winlines even before the first reel stopped spinning.
Also the sound of the reels landing (tic) went on forever.
Had to restart the casino to make it stop.
I think the game will be back once they fixed these bugs.

I really wish I had said that!

For all their faults (which I frequently point out :p), I still do not recall one instance of a player being maliciously ripped off by any Rival casino.
If nothing else, they do treat their players fairly.
I have personally met (and had a beer with ) the owner of Sloto'Cash and GreedyGirl of course, and I can assure everyone that these are two of the nicest and most honest people you could ever wish to know.
I fully support their accreditation by CM - good luck to both of them!

Because it is the thin end of a wide wedge.
Maybe you have both missed all the Rival threads and how most rival Casinos are in fact Rival?

I will say no more because I am trying to keep my true feelings about Rival under wraps and I respect your opinions.

Ah, the great divide. Since many have posted on the accreditation of Slotocash and SlotPower I might as well post here as well.

Both sides have sound arguments for and against the accreditation of the 2 Rival casinos in question. My opinion is that unless the software itself is rogue, we cannot punish the casinos because of the software platform they choose. I believe that many of a strong opinion against the Rival casinos because of common ownership, shared player database etc.etc. These are genuine concerns but this is exactly why I believe that if these 2 Rival casinos have shown that they do not use this information to screw players they should stand in line for accreditation.

Slotocash is one of the first Rival casinos and during it's tenure has proved itself to be an independent entity. Even if they had access to player information through the database, it certainly did not use it as an excuse to screw players. As this is only my personal opinion, members are invited to state of your experiences to the contrary. The thread on the locking of account due to players using the same account to log in through another computer comes to mind. Did Slotocash or SlotPower do similar things. If so, this would reflect poorly on them and lump 'em with the rest of the Rivals.

Slotocash also gets my vote in their handling of the Irish Luck fiasco. They stated that they had no idea of IL's doings and that Progressives will be paid in one lump sum. SlotPower has also recently stated that they will do the same.

Any yays and nays? Just keep them coming.

Just to add, Slotto do have access to the great and powerful rival database.

When a withdraw of $300 dollars at Irish Luck prompted my bonus ban, the manager of Slotto immediately e-mailed me and asked if there were any problems on my account (bear in mind I'm no high roller). After i replied, stating I was a bit baffled by the banning, Slotto immediately lifted the bonus ban at their casino.

They contacted me to check and dealt with the what they perceived to be a unfair decision. This is a Casino I'm actually up at (over a period of years). They are independent of the wretched Bonne Chance Group.
