Just a heads up to say I got a high three figure $$$ cashout this morning. The stated payment time was 2-5 business days and it came in four.

I also found the shared CS to be excellent on live chat. Waiting time was under a minute and they were very helpful.

I can't comment about other Rivals as VegasSky is the only one I play at. And as I have found their service to be excellent in the year I have played there I will be continuing to do so

It isnt hysteria - to say that is tantamount to saying that others' opinions are worth less than yours.

Almost all of the complaints/comments Ive seen made over the past few months in regards to Rival casinos have been based on fact. The CS is crap, the payouts are slow, the bonuses/loyalty offers are awful (with very few exceptions).

If you think its cool to wait 4 business days, thats fine - no problem. However, you are very much in the minority. I just hope you dont win something large, as another member at the moment cant even get the $4k a week that is promised so they could be waiting ages to get their cash - do you think that is OK?

Well, if someone yells "Fire!" in a movie theater, IMO the result is going to be "hysteria" even if there really is a fire. I didn't read anything into OP's comment that suggested, to me, that OP was discounting recent member posts in regards to Rival CS. If I'd received some of the shit CS I've read about here, in recent posts, I might have been "hysterical" over it, as well.
