Rival Reps - Why Was The Withdrawal Flush Changed?

Why was flushing the players withdrawal process changed? Now instead of flushing the withdrawal so a player can claim another bonus or simply make a deposit, the withdrawal sits there for up to 2 days as reversible. I was told by a rep that if you request a flush it will speed up the process on their end. Judging by current wait time for payouts, it hasn't changed at all. If anything, it's slightly longer.

So how does this new system benefit the player? I can tell you that it hasn't benefited the three casinos I play at - my deposits go elsewhere while I wait for the withdrawals to clear.

Seems like a lose, lose situation...
